Humble Beginnings offers shared rooms (two beds to a room) and private rooms (when available). Each room is equipped with necessary amenities like a bed, dresser and dividers for privacy.
There are no visiting hours. Due to traffic, visitors are not allowed in the homes due to the participant will be living with other people. Visitors are allowed to stop by and drop items off and pick up relative/friend.
The admission process for Humble Beginnings starts with an intake application. Once reviewed by our admissions team, the application will then be given to the intake team. As long as the participant meets the guidelines, we can move forward with the rest of the intake process.
No. Humble Beginnings is a program that sub lease rooms to individuals that can do for themselves independently.
Individuals who need assistance with ADL's most likely wound not be a able to participate in our housing program. However, it depends on the severity of the individual needs. If individuals do need assistance, they can hire an outside source for assistance at their expense. The assistance should only be for minimum assistance due to Humble Beginnings is not an assisted living facility.
No. Individuals would be responsible for their own transportation needs.
